Reception for Yale Student Interns at the Sacramento Bee

Five current Yale students are working as summer interns at the Sacramento Bee, sponsored by Yale's Paul Block Journalism Funded Internships.  The Sacramento Yale Club will hold a reception and happy hour for the summer interns at the Sacramento Bee: Olivia Cyrus (YC 2027), Jack Rodriquez-Vars (YC 2025), Calista Oetama (YC 2026), Ethan Wolin (YC 2026) and Tina Li (YC 2026). 

When: Wednesday August 6, 2025 5-6:30pm
Where: Limelight Bar and Cafe, 1014 Alhambra Blvd
Why: Because democracy needs a free press and we want to support and celebrate journalists
